GatherLab to co-organize symposium at MRS Spring 2016

Malte Gather is co-chairing a symposium at the MRS Spring Meeting 2016. Symposium EP1 will cover the latest developments in “Organic Excitonic Systems and Devices”. This covers a broad range of important researach topics, ranging from Exciton dynamics and management to bioinspired and bioderived organic light sources.

ERC Starting Grant ABLASE started

The GatherLab has received funding from a Starting Grant by the European Research Council. The project “ABLASE – Advanced Bioderived and Biocompatible Lasers” starts this month and will enable the lab to push further the limits of laser emission from and within biological materials.
