Malte Gather commented on materials360 on some recent work by the Chihaya Adachi lab (see full comment). Chihaya’s research is on minimizing efficiency roll-off in OLEDs by reducing their active area. This aligns with a long standing interest of the Gather Lab in roll-off phenomena (together with group member Caroline Murawski and Prof Karl Leo, Malte published a major review paper on the matter in 2014).
